Obviously our team have a plethora of Foodie credentials from food hygiene certificates right through to Michelin star catering experience. This mix of experience helps us provide excellent and informative customer service. At the Foodie Company we aim to always exceed expectations.
I set up The Foodie Company In 2007 having graduated in Hospitality Management from Napier University in Edinburgh. My passion for food and drink started at a very young age, eating freshly grated Parmesan cheese in an Italian kitchen in Orvieto, Tuscany aged 3. From that day I have enjoyed discovering different styles and types of food.
I now get to work with Scottish food every day and promote it worldwide.
